At Bor, we use 100% high-quality genuine leather, primarily sheepskin, which is a softer, more flexible, and comfortable leather. We also use suede and cowhide in smaller proportions, always carefully selecting each piece to ensure durability, comfort, and a premium finish.

• Wipe with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust.
• Apply special leather moisturizing creams twice a year.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and contact with water or chemical substances.
• Do not machine wash or use abrasive products such as alcohol or strong detergents.

We currently do not customize products, but that doesn't mean we couldn't do so in the future.

We ship throughout Chile within 3 to 5 business days. Santiago 2 to 3 days (or even sooner).

If you detect a defect, please contact us within the first 30 business days with photos of the product. We will evaluate the case and arrange an exchange or repair at no additional cost.
