LEATHER CARE
Leather is unique
Remember that each Bor Genuine Leather piece is handcrafted to last for generations. Here's how to care for it with small habits that will make a difference.
1. Gently clean
Use a slightly damp microfiber cloth to remove dust and dirt.
Avoid harsh products.
2. Moisturize regularly
Apply a special leather conditioner every 2-3 months to maintain flexibility and prevent cracking.
3. Keep it out of direct sunlight
Store your pieces in a cool, dry place, away from intense sunlight that can fade the color.
4. Store correctly
Store them in fabric bags to protect them from dust without preventing them from breathing, and preferably hung to prevent wrinkles.
Suede is a very delicate material, and as such requires care.
There are many products that help you protect suede, so that it lasts for years.
1. The first thing you need to do with a suede garment is to protect it from any stains it might get. For this, there is suede protector spray. Don't leave home without having protected your suede product.
2. If you have a stain, you have to keep in mind that the suede will not look as it did previously, but this is also very interesting to see, as it speaks to the history of each garment and the use one gives it. For those stains, there are brushes and erasers that help remove them.
